For producers
EISS VERIFIED enables manufacturers, importers and distributors to subject the product to technical verification of compliance of the declared content of active ingredients with laboratory test results.
The system does not replace legal obligations and does not constitute an assessment of the safety, effectiveness or legality of the product.
Who can report a product
A product containing ingredients that can be analytically determined may be reported to the system.
The condition for participation is the ability to conduct a reliable laboratory analysis of selected product parameters.
Certification process
The process includes:
analysis of product documentation,
selection of the scope of the study,
conducting laboratory tests,
performance evaluation,
assigning a certification level.
Certification level
The certification level is automatically determined based on the test results.
The manufacturer does not choose the certification level.
The system includes three levels:
EISS VERIFIED
EISS VERIFIED ADVANCED
EISS VERIFIED EXCELLENCE
The certification level is automatically determined based on the test results.
Scope of the study
The scope of certification determines the percentage of key active ingredients covered by the analysis.
The selection of ingredients takes into account their functional importance, the manufacturer's declaration, representativeness of the product and the possibility of performing a reliable test.
QR code and marking
The QR code leads to the certificate's public profile.
The EISS VERIFIED mark may be used on the packaging in accordance with the system rules.
Fees
The system is paid.
The fee applies to the certification process and is not dependent on the level awarded.
Certification result
After positive verification, the product receives a certificate profile containing:
certification level,
scope of analysis,
research results,
certificate number.
